1. Acceptance of terms
JobPrefill is a product of Cybertide Solutions Pvt Ltd (CIN: U47912UP2023PTC192792), a company registered in India ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the JobPrefill Chrome extension ("the Extension") or visiting jobprefill.com ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension or Website.
2. What JobPrefill does
JobPrefill is a browser extension that reads a locally-stored profile you create and uses it to pre-fill form fields on Workday job application pages. The Extension:
- Operates entirely within your browser — your profile data never reaches our servers
- Does not submit applications on your behalf
- Does not guarantee that any application will be accepted or even submitted
- Does not modify Workday or any employer's system — it only fills HTML form fields
3. Free plan and Pro plan
The Extension is available under a free plan limited to 10 applications per calendar month (resets monthly) and a 3-Month Pass with unlimited applications for 3 months from the date of purchase. The pass is a one-time payment — there is no auto-renewing subscription.
The application count is incremented on the first successful fill of a job application URL within the month. Filling the same job multiple times (across stages) counts once. Abandoned applications are not refunded — the credit is spent at first fill, not submission.
4. Licence keys
A pass licence key is issued to you personally and may be used on the number of devices stated at the time of purchase. You may not share, resell, or transfer your licence key. We reserve the right to deactivate keys found to be misused.
The 3-Month Pass expires 3 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, the extension reverts to the free plan. You may purchase another pass at any time. There is no auto-renewal — you will never be charged again without explicitly making a new purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Billing questions should be directed to support@jobprefill.com.
5. Refunds
The 3-Month Pass is a digital product delivered instantly by email. We offer a 14-day refund: if the Extension does not work for you or is not as described, email support@jobprefill.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We may decline requests that show signs of abuse (for example, a pass used to fill a large number of applications before the request, or repeated buy-then-refund activity). Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information on job applications
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension beyond what is permitted by law
- Use the Extension in violation of any applicable law or Workday's terms of service
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the free-plan limit by technical means
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the profile data you enter and the applications you submit. JobPrefill is a convenience tool — you must review every filled form before submitting it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will work on every Workday tenant or every page
- Fields will be filled correctly in all cases
- The Extension will be available at all times or free of errors
Workday is a third-party platform we have no affiliation with. Changes to Workday's front-end may break the Extension at any time. We will endeavour to fix such issues promptly but make no guarantees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPrefill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, incorrectly filled applications, or data loss.
9. Changes to the Extension or these Terms
We may update the Extension or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via extension update notes or email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
